OMG! I thought I’d lost you!

One moment patting myself on the back… and the next instant, I’m kicking myself!
You see, I decided that I didn’t like to theme for my TNG database…so, just like the Grinch, I thought about it and thought about it…so I think I figured out how to change the theme to another of the themes that [...]

This makes a bit more sense

Another busy day! I have re-written my Welcome page, deleted the Surname pages and cleaned up and cut back the massive list of categories. As for TNG, that will take a while. A big learning curve to master…

In the past week I have been extremely busy! I made the move to self-hosting, and then had to download to my computer the WordPress.org version and then upload and install in on my hosted site, and then export/import my blog into it. Those prolific Kennedys…

…have kept me busy for several weeks! I am happy to say that I have “completed” the research of the family of John Kennedy of Sumter County, Alabama. This afternoon I added the last references and sources to my Family Tree Maker database, and have uploaded a current Outline Descendant Report for John Kennedy and [...]

This is it!

I have decided to delete my old Blogger genealogy blog. There is nothing but a “store front” at the site now. I want to concentrate on this site! All of the Blogger posts, including images, are available here.
Yesterday I was able to add Family Group Sheet pages for all of my main Kennedy ancestors. In [...]

I did a bit more research on my 3rd great-grandmother Susan William Lee (Martin) Kennedy. Now that’s a mouthful! I was rechecking GenealogyBank, to check the dates on a couple of mentions, and I found a new interest of Mrs. Kennedy’s: she was the president of the Old Ladies Home Society of Texas, based in [...]
