Isaac Turner’s Union Civil War Pension File is finally ready for the world:
I have created a 62-page e-book in .pdf format. For whatever reason, I was not able to upload the file to my WordPress Media Library, so I set up a storefront at Lulu.com. This is a first, so we’ll see how it goes. The file might take a while to download, depending on your internet access, so please be patient. It is, of course, free!
