A fun little gadget

I was just visiting Steve Danko’s genealogy blog and he had a neat little map that shows where his blog’s visitors are located from around the world. It might be interesting to see where my visitors are from, in relation to my specific genealogy and surnames. For example, my Stanley ancestors came to Texas from Alabama, so I wonder if any of my blog’s visitors are in Alabama? So, I went to the ClustrMaps site, and signed up for a free map. As long as I have less than 2500 visitors per day, the service is free. That’s certainly not a problem for me!
I’ll try this a few days. I may add one to my genealogy site, too.
